All businesses within or partly within the Town must hold a valid business license.  Business Licenses must be renewed each year and are valid from January 1 to December 31^st in accordance to Bylaw 995/22.

Every person applying for a new business license shall submit to the License Inspector a written application.  The Town shall issue an invoice in December of each year for a business license for the upcoming year, to all holders of valid business licenses in the current calendar year. 

Payment of the business license fee shall be made no later than the last business day of January, or the fee shall be doubled.
